After retain stores, and restaurants, the local gym/fitness studios have been most affected by social media — because as more and more people start to enjoy training in their own space with a coach via video or livestream, they visit their physical gyms less.

I recently began working with Rick Lockett, a local gym owner who just closed his physical to go fully online and deliver coaching sessions to clients online who pay him a monthly subscription.

I helped him create his online brand, social media strategy, and livestream set up in his home garage/studio set up.
